REACTORS

Gaston Fabrication builds ASME reactors equipped with dimple, half-pipe, panel, and conventional jackets. 

Half-pipe coil jackets can be furnished in 2”, 3” and 4” pipe sizes.  Surface finishes offered range from #1 mill thru pharmaceutical finish.  Gaston Fabrication can accommodate reactors from 1 to 10,000 gallon capacity.  Our welders are certified to code standards and are experienced in welding the following alloys:  304, 316, 317, Carpenter 20, Nickel 200, Inconel 600, Monel 400, C22, C276, Hastelloy B / B2 / G3, 904L, AL6XN, 254 SMO, Duplex 2205, Duplex 255, CuNi, and carbon steel.

For external cleaning, Gaston Fabrication is equipped with two abrasive blasting booths:

(1) Walk-in room with 20’ door x 51’ long for stainless  
(1) Walk-in room with 14’ door x 30’ long for carbon steel
